What we do

Waivers as an operational system. Build the waiver once with clause libraries reviewed for the activity type and the jurisdiction, sign it on a kiosk, phone, or in advance by link, with guardian co-signature flow for minors, photo ID capture, and per-participant records tied to a visit. Everything is searchable by name, date and activity in seconds, retained for the statute of limitations, exportable as a tamper-evident package for an insurer or attorney, and integrated with the booking system so a customer who has signed this season is never asked again.
